plan pursues three main objectives: (1) To strengthen governance and quality of
life at metropo-litan level in Italy in view of industrial renewal &
employment creation (2) To level the playing field between the regions at the
national bargaining table (3) To link
Sicily up with the main land and if possible pro-ceeding on the Freccia- train
line’s farthest southern leg.

inclusive of a library, modern coffee, chacutterie & tapas bars, an
innovation shop for start-ups and an entrepreneurial advisory function, at the
discretion of the owners. Consider making use of pier as well for yachting and
a seismological center.

redeveloped Island-wide. Professional marketing practices introduced.

Modernise
Forio’s Town Hall. Add more venues for young people to meet. Add a few more
allées.

Integrated
Sustainability Plan: Potential of Eolian and Solar Plants is reviewed by island-wide
public authorities in cooperation with relevant authorities. Agri-Cars, Police
Cars, Trucks, Private Cars & Scooters could all be introduced as in order
to create an Emission-Free Island-wide during 2020-2025. Consider sites for
infrastructure and sales shop, funded by a private-public partnership. Insert
Energy Academy to map what it would take to achieve full energy independence
and to help administering the Ischitani’s energy transition.
